the time to replicate the routines of the professionals but can easily improve their game by incorporating the following 4 remedies.
Get active and stay active! - Don't ignore the importance of being physically fit to play golf! Pesky injuries result from not being in shape. Get up - ˝ hour
earlier. Gear up - sneakers and walking clothes. Move out - open the door and walk for 20 to 30 minutes. Stretch it out - some simple stretches at the end of your walk. Do this on a daily basis. Your endurance and stamina will
greatly increase.
Hit some balls. Getting to a golf course regularly is easier said than done. However you can improve your golf game at home. Putt on the carpet. Swing a
weighted club. Watch a golf video. Read a golf book. Visualize successful shots. All of these suggestions will help different areas of your game.
Practice. Set aside 30 - 45 minutes a week to visit a practice facility. There, concentrate on only one or two facets of your game, for example putting and
chipping.
Challenge yourself. Has your game plateau-ed? Compete with yourself. Use the same score card for several games and try and better your scores on each hole.
After 5 or 6 games on one card circle the best scores and add them up. It can be very encouraging to see how low your score could be with some consistency. Compete with your partners to see who buys the drinks of the day. Enter a
couple of small tournaments. Competing will help you concentrate on your skills. Your knowledge of the rules will also improve.
